Weighs ins for submission wrestling will be friday 23rd at FRONTLINE ACADEMY on bogstadveien from 17.00-19.00 and at the venue on saturday from 9.00-10.45

Weigh ins for bjj are at the venue on sunday from 9.00-10.45

Matches will begin at 11.30

The winners of the advanced divisions for the submission wrestling tournament will be placed ont the Norwegian FILA team!

400kr for one day of competition
500kr for both days
 
50kr spectator fee each day
 
50kr parking fee each day
